_karinui's d.novels

Our resident webmonkey doesn't just design or draw, she also writes. However, dream novels are not her thing [she writes the other end of the spectrum: humour or stuff to scare]. However, after much persuasion from Rou, it seems...they appeared...[will be nicknamed the "Secret Unlisted Dream Novels"] DNs written by karinui are only due to script testing grounds, challenges, prizes, or requests from people she KNOWS and likes.

Doppelganger - Akutagawa Jiroh
This was done because Rou challenged poor karinui to do one, and it must be a Jiroh one. So one can say, this is karinui's first proper DN, lalalala.

The Escapist - Marui Bunta
This was done for [forgotten reason], but all karinui remembered was that Rou chose Marui to be the subject. If you're wondering who the Escapist is outside the DN world...well, it's karinui XD [default name is Shion Yuuki (who is karinui in RPGs and blah) MaruiYuuki fans requested so. DNs and RPGs can be indeed powerful...]

Exits - Hiyoshi Wakashi
karinui wondered what it would be like to write a Hiyoshi fiction in DN form [because it's very different to average fiction, at times.] She managed to roleplay decently as Hiyoshi-in-a-relationship-issue and Rou always accused poor karinui for making her like Hiyoshi more than she should. So add Pete Murray's Opportunity into the mix, and one would have this. This was meant to be HIDDEN from view until Rou said to put it up.

Crash the World - Yukimura Seiichi
karinui is a free verse poet, occasionally. And when she needs a quick drabble/poem written, she'll use this style. The whole point of this DN was not to write, but a testing ground for double endings using only one html file. However, karinui failed, because she couldn't get the desired result [there were too many things that couldn't be done in the endings like adding scripts within a script, etc], so at the moment, double endings for any author would just have to be made using extra html pages. However, for a short drabble free verse piece, it was "successful" using various cheating methods. She constantly complains about how it could be done Visual Basic style. [PHP may be possible, however...but she's too lazy.]
